77bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 77bd platform and all its services. This document is a legal agreement between you and 77bd. The service is available to residents of Bangladesh only.

By registering on our platform, making a deposit, or using any gaming or betting service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

77bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the service means you have accepted the updated Terms.

To open an account with 77bd, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a legal resident of Bangladesh;
• Ensure that all information provided at registration is true, accurate, and up to date;
• Operate the account in a personal capacity and in your own name — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited;
• Not be the owner of any account previously closed or banned by 77bd.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If 77bd becomes aware of multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be immediately suspended or closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, contact the 77bd customer support team immediately. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bangla and English.

77bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity. If documents are requested for verification, they must be provided within the specified time. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

• A certified copy of a national ID card or passport;
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method — where applicable.

The following methods can be used to make deposits at 77bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods registered to a third party are not accepted; such deposits will be returned or the account may be suspended.

Withdrawals start from a minimum of ৳800. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts;
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit;
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.

77bd reserves the right to confirm that a member's funds come from a legitimate source. If a suspicious transaction is identified, relevant documents may be requested and the transaction may be held until a satisfactory explanation is provided.

77bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

• The welcome bonus can be claimed once only;
• Bonus funds are never considered "free" or "free money" — this is a match bonus that comes with specific conditions;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met;
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

All promotions and offers at 77bd are subject to the following general terms:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are stated on that promotion's details page;
• If the wagering requirement for one promotion has not been met, another promotion cannot be claimed at the same time — unless explicitly permitted;
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as bonus betting patterns or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — the bonus will be immediately cancelled;
• 77bd reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time.

These general terms apply to all promotions including the weekly recharge bonus, slots festival bonus, referral rewards, birthday gift, and weekend cricket bonus. Detailed terms for each offer can be found on the relevant promotion page.

77bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit based on the net loss for that week.

• Weekly cashback is not applied automatically — it must be claimed through a specific process;
• VIP tier changes are at 77bd's discretion and depend on platform activity;
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to personal accounts only.

By using 77bd's gaming services, a member acknowledges that:

• All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer, and there is no way to control them;
• There is no guarantee of winning in any game, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes;
• All bets are final and cannot be withdrawn once placed — except in cases of technical error;
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error or system failure, 77bd will refund the amount of that bet.

The following terms apply when participating in sports betting:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed after a bet is placed, the bet will be settled in accordance with 77bd's set rules;
• If even one selection in a multi-bet is incorrect, the entire bet is lost;
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — odds may change until the bet is confirmed;
• If match fixing or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage is detected, the account will be immediately closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77bd:

• Using software, bots, or any other automated method to play games or place bets;
• Using another member's account or information;
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose;
• Collecting or using bonuses in a way that violates the bonus terms.

77bd believes that gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not financial difficulty. For this reason, the platform provides various self-control tools:

• Setting deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly;
• Taking a temporary break (cooling-off period);
• Voluntarily suspending your account for a period.

77bd's services are for persons aged 21 and above only. 77bd takes active steps to protect minors. If a member is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately closed and the full deposited amount will not be returned.

• 77bd does not sell personal information to any third party;
• All data is kept secure using SSL encryption;
• Information may be provided in response to lawful requests from legitimate authorities.

77bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;

• Operating multiple accounts;
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity;
• Exploiting a technical error or system vulnerability.

Any member may request to close their account at any time. If any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met at the time of the request, that bonus will be cancelled. Real funds in the account (excluding bonuses) may be returned subject to withdrawal conditions being met.

77bd aims to run the service without interruption, however the service may be disrupted in the following cases:

• Server maintenance or update work;
• Internet connection or network issues;
• Disruption to third-party payment gateway or game studio services;
• Unexpected technical errors.

77bd is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by a disruption to the service.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, the member must first contact the 77bd customer support team. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bangla and English.

If a complaint is not resolved within the set time from the date it was submitted, the matter will be escalated to the next stage. 77bd is committed to resolving all disputes fairly.

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and 77bd and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
